Carrion Crow
(Corvus corone corone)
The Carrion Crow is a resident 47cm long. Diet is a broad range of food including, Small birds, nestlings and animals. Worms, eggs, grubs carrion, snails, grubs, berries and insects. The hen lays 4 to 5 bluish-green eggs blotched with brown, between April - May. The nest is mostly of twigs, high in a tree or on a cliff ledge.
